The Division of Institutional Effectiveness facilitates the integration of institutional research, strategic planning and assessment to provide the administration with sufficient data that enhances the university’s ability to achieve its intended outcomes and purpose. Human resource management and professional development services provide the continuous employment and improvement processes for those responsible for managing the various programs and services provided by the University.
The primary goals of Institutional Effectiveness are:
- Collect, analyze and disseminate institutional data for effective decision making;
- Assist with the development of assessment procedures that support continuous improvement;
- Manage human resource programs and services;
- Provide professional development opportunities;
- Coordinate the institutional strategic planning and assessment process; and
- Provide leadership in the reaffirmation of regional accreditation processes.
