Step-by-Step Application Instructions

1. Submit Undergraduate Application for Admission
   Apply Online
2. Submit Non-Refundable Application Fee of $25.00.
   Online applications are processed only when accompanied by fee through credit
   Paper applications are processed only when accompanied by an official fee waiver form, check or money order.
   
3. Submit Test Scores Electronically.
   Applicants must submit either SAT or ACT scores electronically.
   Submit SAT scores through Collegeboard.
   Submit ACT scores through ACT.
   
4. Submit Official High School Transcripts.
   High schools must send transcripts through official mail or electronically through www.docufide.com .  A final official transcript must also be sent after graduation. Calculation of GPA is based on core academic classes only.
5. Application Options and Deadlines:

   *Home-schooled students must follow admissions requirements and process . If you have previously attended SC State, or if you wish to enroll as a Senior Applicant, do not use the online application. Instead, read our special information for readmission applicants and for Senior applicant.
