The Career Center has mock interviewing stations where they can schedule mock interviews with students and record the interview online through Optimal Resume. Upon completion of the mock interview, the session is reviewed by the Career Centers staff is able to show the students their strengths and weaknesses during the interviewing process. This is helpful for students because it allows them to see how they react during an interview and prepares them for interviews with actual employers.

NOTE: The Career Center will conduct Mock Interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9a.m. - 12 noon and from 2:30p.m. - 4:30p.m. To schedule an appointment, please e-mail the Career Center@scsu.edu with your request (Make sure that you include your name, major, GPA, classification, which day you would like the interview, the time, your e-mail address, and phone number where you can be reached). You must have an appointment in order to participate in a mock interview.
