- Establishment of a single-sign on process where students can access all university administrative systems using a single account. (Housing, Banner, Blackboard, Active Directory)
- Redesign of student web portal (Bulldog Connection). Students will use the portal to access all online services offered by the University.
- Establishment of Credit Card Payments via the web for student tuition.
- Establishment of Direct Deposit for Student Refunds and Payroll. Students are now able to go online and key in their savings or checking account information and have their refunds or paycheck directly deposit.
- Implementation of on-line system to automatically track student athlete academic performance.
- Upgrade Blackboard Standard Edition to BlackBoard Enterprise (BBE); integrate BBE with the University Administrative System (Banner). Courses, users, enrollment, and assignments are now updated within 30 min.
- Implementation and training for Document Management Solution.
- Automatic creation of Enrollment and admission report. Reports were manual initially and produced weekly. Reports are now generated automatically twice a day; Therefore offices can see exactly what the current enrollment numbers are throughout the day.
- Installation and configuration of SACS reporting software for managing the SACS Reaffirmation process.
- Installation of security cameras in University Village.
- Acquisition and installation of Emergency notification system (E2 Campus).
- Upgrade of the University Mail Server.
- Installation of Backup/Redundant Server for University Administrative System (Banner).
