About the Office of Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research’s mission is to collect, analyze, report, and provide data for the enhancement of programs and services and effective decision-making.

The office of Institutional Research serves as the coordinating base for data-gathering and analyses for internal and external reporting. The mission is achieved through these primary responsibilities:

Completion of federal and state surveys, reports, and databases as requested or mandated to maintain related funding

Completion of federal and state surveys, reports, and databases as requested or mandated to maintain related funding

Development of databases suitable for longitudinal studies and statistical analyses

Preparation of the University Fact Book, Fast Facts, annual college and departmental reports, and other salient documents

Assistance with internal studies related to students, faculty, staff, facilities, academic programs, academic support services, and fiscal resources

Coordination of other activities in support of planning, assessment, and policy formation

Summarizes the number of students graduating by program for each academic year listed.

Enrollment Trend Data

Summarizes the number of students by headcount enrolled in the program for each fall term listed.
