Zachary Thomas

Zachary Thomas is the director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub in the South Carolina State University College of Business and Information Systems (CBIS).

The hub focuses on helping students and community members by engaging them with entrepreneurial activities. The hub works to provide interactive opportunities for students centered around small business and all things entrepreneurial. The team also focuses on learning and applying new initiatives in the agribusiness sector.

Thomas began working at SC State in the fall semester of 2015 as the director for the Entrepreneurship Hub. Since 2017, he also has also served as an adjunct professor teaching several classes in the CBIS.

He has research interest in sustainability and urban farming.
