Leading Global Logistics
Major Alexander K. Lee has built a distinguished military career leading large-scale logistics operations that support mission readiness around the world. As a Support Operations Officer with the United States Army, he oversees maintenance, distribution, medical sustainment, and transportation operations for the Joint Task Force Southern Border Mission. His responsibilities include directing strategic logistics initiatives, coordinating the movement of military equipment across multiple locations, and leading teams responsible for sustaining complex operations across a 1,900-mile operational area.
Throughout nearly two decades of military service, Lee has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, maintained accountability for more than $253 million in military assets, and led organizations ranging from company-level commands to brigade staff operations. His experience includes multinational planning for Project Convergence Capstone 4, coordinating logistics for more than 5,000 joint and international participants, serving as Assistant Professor of Military Science at North Carolina A&T State University, and commanding aviation logistics operations in the Republic of Korea, where he supervised more than 300 soldiers and supported the relocation of 3,000 personnel across the Korean peninsula.
A graduate of South Carolina State University, Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude, before completing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and advanced military education through the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. His service has been recognized with numerous military honors, including the Honorable Order of Saint Martin, five Meritorious Service Medals, and multiple Army commendations. Beyond his military responsibilities, he remains committed to developing future leaders through mentorship and continued support of South Carolina State University's ROTC program and alumni initiatives.
