Jazmine Diggs is a higher education leader dedicated to advancing student success
through innovative leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional student service.
As Financial Aid Manager and Student Services Leader at Strayer University, she leads
remote and hybrid teams across Virginia and Georgia, overseeing financial aid operations,
student services, and employee development. She has successfully strengthened operational
efficiency, improved student engagement, and implemented data-informed strategies
that enhance the student experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, Diggs has consistently advanced through leadership roles at Strayer University, serving as Senior Student Services Coach, Advising Manager, and now Financial Aid Manager & Student Services Leader. She has led cross-functional initiatives that improve student persistence, retention, and academic success while developing educational resources, coaching high-performing teams, and implementing innovative processes that support organizational goals. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement earned her the Strategic Education, Inc. Global Summit Team Culture Award.
Her commitment to expanding educational opportunities extends into her community service. As Scholarship Chair for the Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Diggs has helped lead efforts that have awarded more than $80,000 in scholarships over the past four years to graduating high school seniors in Aiken and Edgefield counties. Through this work, she continues to help students pursue higher education and invest in the success of the next generation.
A graduate of South Carolina State University, Diggs earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, cum laude, before completing her Master of Business Administration at Strayer University. She continues to exemplify Bulldog excellence through her passion for developing people, strengthening higher education, and creating meaningful opportunities that empower students and colleagues to achieve lasting success.
