Marvis J. President has built a distinguished career in federal service, specializing in government information management, regulatory compliance, and public access to information. As a Government Information Specialist with the U.S. General Services Administration's Office of General Counsel, he serves as a subject matter expert on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), advising on complex requests, interpreting federal regulations, developing agency policies, and providing technical guidance and training to staff across multiple divisions.
