While serving as a Billing Analyst at Aflac, he helped reduce a $7 million debt collection effort to approximately $2 million while working across two billing systems. A two-time graduate of South Carolina State University, Kemp earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling before completing a Master of Science in Health Service Administration and a Doctor of Healthcare Administration.
