Sherree M. DavisBreaking Barriers. Building Futures. 

Dr. Sherree M. Davis is an accomplished school counselor, educator, and mental health advocate dedicated to empowering students and strengthening communities through education, wellness, and service. As a School Counselor at Stratford High School, she provides comprehensive academic, career, and social-emotional counseling while guiding students through college and career planning, crisis intervention, and graduation readiness. She also advises the school's Black Student Union, mentors educators, and develops programs that promote student achievement, engagement, and leadership.  

Beyond the classroom, Davis extends her impact as a Group Facilitator with Charlie Health, where she leads virtual mental health groups for adolescents and young adults receiving intensive outpatient treatment. She is also the founder of Let's Talk Therapy & Coaching, LLC, providing coaching, educational workshops, and mental health awareness programming that encourages emotional wellness and reduces the stigma surrounding mental health. Through her nonprofit efforts, she established the Breaking Barriers Scholarship, helping students pursue higher education while investing in the next generation of leaders.  

A two-time South Carolina State University graduate, Davis earned bachelor's and master's degrees before completing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. Her commitment to student success, educational excellence, and community well-being has earned her recognition as a trusted mentor, sought-after speaker, and recipient of the 2026 Student Voice Award. She continues to exemplify Bulldog excellence by creating opportunities that inspire resilience, expand access to mental health resources, and empower others to reach their fullest potential.
