Meet with your academic advisor.
- Students are required to schedule an appointment with their academic advisor to complete the registration process and verify the availability of necessary classes.
- First-time freshmen register with the assistance of the First-Year Experience Program.
Clear all holds.
- Students must consult with the Offices of Financial Aid and Student Financial Services to determine whether they have adequate funding to cover the costs of their classes.
- Students are advised to access their student portal to identify the specific type of hold currently placed on their account. A finance hold is typically associated with the Office of Student Financial Services, Office of Financial Aid, Brooks Health Center, and other departments.

- Upperclassment use the Bulldog Connection Portal in SCSUApps to register for classes. Each student must enroll in a minimum of two classes.
