Cassandra Sligh-Conway

Dr. Cassandra Sligh-Conway is a full professor with tenure. She teaches in the rehabilitation counseling program.

Education

• Ph.D,  masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, M.Ed, MDiv. 
• University of Iowa, University of SC, Payne Theological Seminary

Background

Dr. Sligh-Conway has been at SC State since 2004. She has served in administrative roles at the university.  She is currently a professor and principal investigator on several grants.Her areas of interest are mentoring,  services to persons with disabilities, and Disaster Preparedness and Prevention. She has publications in books and journals regarding faculty mentorship, professional development and counseling issues.
