Dorshae Edmonds is a human resources specialist at South Carolina State University.

She participates in recruiting and employment activities and performs benefits administration activities. She also conducts orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with agency policies, procedures and regulations and provides assistance with employee relations programs.

Edmonds assists in the coordination of related programs such as wellness campaigns, employee assistance programs, charity fundraisers, employee health and safety, and promotions.

Background

Edmonds started working at SC State in 2017 in the Department of Finance with Grant & Contracts, in 2021, she worked as administrative assistant to the VP of finance. She has been a human resources specialist since 2022.
