Myles Farmer

Myles Farmer teaches expanded food and nutrition through the use of recipes, budgeting, and physical activities in the Low Country region. Farmer loves sharing his passion for food with the community and believes that meal prep and planning is the key to a healthy lifestyle.


Farmer holds a Servsafe Allergen Certificate received in 2021 and is working on completing his associates in culinary arts and a certification in holistic culinary from Escoffier.


He has been with South Carolina State since July of 2022. He has worked in the culinary and hospitality industry from 2016-2021 as a freelance chef in a few hotels and restaurants. Farmer has an interest in researching holistic culinary and how it changes the way society views food.
