Antwann Gamble is a dynamic and accomplished aerospace and technology leader with over a decade of progressive experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and program excellence across the defense, energy, and technology sectors. As a Senior Engineering Manager at RTX Corporation, he is at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced digital capabilities, managing enterprise-wide systems across both classified and unclassified environments in the aerospace and defense industry.

With a career rooted in systems thinking and results-driven leadership, Antwann has successfully led high-impact initiatives ranging from defense modernization and Agile ERP implementation to complex enterprise technology solutions that enhance SAP's next generation platform, designed to help businesses run more efficiently and intelligently.  His work includes managing billion-dollar programs such as advanced defense systems and high-altitude intelligence platforms that support global mission readiness. 

Antwann’s earlier roles at Microsoft, Honeywell, and Boeing allowed him to lead groundbreaking work in the tech & aerospace sectors, focusing on data center capacity planning, infrastructure modernization, and stakeholder engagement. Known for his ability to unite diverse teams around common goals, he brings expertise in software development, program management, and product management. 

Beyond his technical and operational acumen, Antwann is a passionate advocate for workforce development, diversity in STEM, and community engagement. He actively mentors emerging professionals and partners with organizations that promote equitable access to science, engineering, and leadership opportunities.
