Jaime D. Dicks is a legal professional and risk management leader with extensive experience in financial compliance, governance, and security assurance. She currently serves as a Senior Program Manager with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she oversees global screening programs impacting more than 35,000 end users and partners with cross-functional teams to strengthen operations, policies, and risk management practices across international platforms.

Previously, Dicks advanced through senior compliance and governance roles at Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE, where she managed regulatory oversight, anti-money laundering (AML) processes, and reputational risk assessments. Her work included leading high-level forums with senior executives, implementing vendor oversight systems, and ensuring adherence to BSA/AML requirements across U.S. and international wealth management. She also held compliance and risk analysis roles with Wells Fargo and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in financial crime prevention and regulatory reporting.

Earlier in her career, Dicks served as a postgraduate intern with the NCAA Office of Inclusion, where she developed diversity and inclusion programming, launched the NCAA HBCU-LGBTQ Pilot Project, and facilitated national dialogues on equity in athletics.

A graduate of SC State University and the Southern University Law Center, Dicks has been recognized for her leadership potential, including selection to the McKinsey Black Management Leadership Academy. Her career reflects a strong commitment to advancing compliance, equity, and organizational excellence across industries.
