Rayford Boykin IV is a dynamic and multifaceted leader with impactful contributions across engineering, film, coaching, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at TE Connectivity, he brings technical excellence to high-volume production environments, leading process improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing strategies.
A proud South Carolina State University graduate with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Rayford is also the founder of Boykin Productions, where he has written, directed, and produced three feature films streaming on Amazon Prime and Tubi. His creative work uplifts underrepresented voices and has earned community acclaim, including a hometown premiere in Bennettsville, SC. He has also contributed to national productions including BET’s Tales, How High 2, and projects at Tyler Perry Studios.
Beyond his professional and creative endeavors, Rayford is a dedicated youth mentor
and basketball coach, having led school and recreational teams to championship seasons.
His coaching is driven by a commitment to developing young minds through teamwork,
discipline, and life skills.
