Sharad McNulty, LMT, is a highly skilled and compassionate licensed massage and bodywork therapist with over a decade of experience serving U.S. military personnel, veterans, civilians, and artists. Deeply committed to promoting healing and wellness, he specializes in clinical bodywork that addresses myofascial injuries, chronic pain, structural and postural imbalances, and soft tissue dysfunction. Since 2015, Sharad has provided therapeutic services at Fort Jackson, where his treatments support active-duty service members, Guard and Reservists, Department of Defense civilians, and retirees by enhancing readiness, resilience, and recovery.
Beyond the military, he has been sought after by world-renowned performers and touring professionals at the Colonial Life Arena and other venues, providing massage and bodywork services for artists such as Janet Jackson, Elton John, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil, and more. His ability to adapt treatments to the rigorous physical and mental demands of both military service and the entertainment industry reflects his unique versatility and expertise.
Sharad’s passion for wellness also extends to athletes, dancers, and the broader community, including serving as sports massage therapist for Allen University’s Golden Jackettes dance team, leading seminars on stress, sciatica, and self-care at Fort Jackson, and participating in health fairs, fitness events, and awareness initiatives. A lifelong learner and dedicated professional, he continues to advance his practice through certifications in neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, cupping, Graston Technique, and integrative stretching.
