Author to address SC State at Fall Convocation Sept. 17
South Carolina State University will hold its Fall Convocation at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at the Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center. U.S. Army Lt. Col. (Ret.) James J. Scott, a 1993 graduate of SC State, will deliver the convocation address. SC State will ceremonially launch its academic year Thursday with a charge to the Class of 2030 under the theme, “New Beginnings, Endless Possibilities.”
