Honoring Our Land-Grant Legacy. Shaping the Future of Agriculture.
Get ready for a high-impact week of agricultural innovation, hands-on learning and Bulldog pride! SC State University Public Service & Agriculture invites you to join us as we celebrate our land-grant legacy and the transformative impact of teaching, research and Extension across South Carolina.
This year’s celebration also honors the 135th Anniversary of the Second Morrill Act — the historic legislation that expanded access to higher education through 1890 land-grant institutions, such as SC State. This weeklong celebration will showcase how our deep agricultural roots continue to grow new opportunities in agriculture, empower communities and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
