SC State Board of Trustees to meet Thursday

ORANGEBURG, S.C. – The South Carolina State University Board of Trustees will meet in quarterly session on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Lowman Hall Boardroom.

Some trustees may join the meeting via videoconference. The public also is invited to view the proceedings via Zoom:

XI. Executive Session

The receipt of legal advice, see S.C. Code Ann. § 30-4-70(a)(2): Discussion of employment, appointment, compensation, promotion, demotion, discipline, or release of an employee pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 30-4-70(a)(2). Although the board will not vote on any items discussed in a closed session, the board may return to a public session to vote on items discussed.
