SC State’s International Discourse Series to focus on entrepreneurship in Kenya during Friday videoconference

The facilitator will be Jessica Carswell, an adjunct instructor in SC State’s Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.SC State and the United States International University – Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2023 to facilitate:
1. Joint research activities (including exchange of faculty members and research students) 2. Joint teaching or supervision of students 3. Staging of joint seminars, conferences and academic meetings 4. Special academic programs 5. Education Abroad for undergraduate and graduate students, including short-term cultural immersion visits, exchanges, internships, electives and practicum 6. Exchange of academic materials and other information 7. Collaborative academic programs, which may involve cultural activities and a strong field visit component. These may be for groups or for individuals on independent guided study programs 8. Joint collaborative grant proposals.
