Youth & ROTC Day

South Carolina State University's Youth and ROTC Day is an opportunity for middle and high school students to learn about the university's academic programs, athletics, extracurricular activities, campus life and the Army ROTC Bulldog Battalion. Youth groups from schools, Junior ROTC programs, churches and other organizations are invited to the SC State campus for a glimpse of life as a Bulldog.

The annual event is jointly organized by SC State Athletics and the Department of Military Science in collaboration with the Office of Admissions, Recruitment and Scholarships.

The Bulldog Battalion hosts fitness challenges for the ROTC component with JROTC programs competing for bragging rights.

All Youth & ROTC Day participants also are invited to attend an SC State Bulldogs football game.
