SC State Concert Choir and Concert Wind Ensemble to perform free Black History Month concert on Friday

ORANGEBURG, S.C. — South Carolina State University’s Concert Choir and Concert Wind Ensemble will perform Friday, Feb. 20, in a Black History Month concert beginning at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Building’s Barbara A. Vaughan Recital Hall.

The free event is open to the public.

Sponsored by SC State’s Department of Visual and Performing Arts, the event is part of the Dr. Arthur L. Evans Concert Series.

Dr. Johnnie J. Felder, director of choirs, and Dr. J. William Nicholas, director of bands, will lead the performances.
