ORANGEBURG, S.C. — The Visual Arts Program at South Carolina State University will host the closing reception and awards presentation for the 54th Annual Student Art Exhibition on Thursday, April 30, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center, 649 Riverside Drive.
