ORANGEBURG, S.C. — The Visual Arts Program at South Carolina State University will host the closing reception
and awards presentation for the 54th Annual Student Art Exhibition on Thursday, April
30, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center, 649 Riverside Drive.
Held each spring semester, the annual exhibition showcases student artwork and provides
a platform for emerging artists to share their work with the university and the surrounding
community. The exhibition reflects the program’s mission to foster visual awareness,

All submitted works are reviewed by a guest juror, who selects pieces for inclusion
